COMMON ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Applicants wishing to apply for admission should send copies of the following to our email for Admissions (agc@europe.com). Please note the minimum requirement for most colleges and universities is High school (i.e 11th Grade for Russian students and HSC or 12th for Asian students. additional you will international passport in hand and valid for at least 2year and more. If you qualify the above minimum requirement, you may follow the below process

  1. Copy of completed Application for Admission Form. ( please email us you interested college/university and we will send you form)
  2. Copy of Passport (only the page(s) that shows your photo, personal and family details and signature) valid for at least two years from the commencement of classes. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of commencement of classes.
  3. Copy of Secondary and Senior Secondary High School Graduation Certificates and Mark Sheets (with a minimum of 50% overall average mark at Senior Secondary). Postgraduate applicants do not need to have the minimum of 50% at Senior Secondary as long as they have a minimum of 40% overall average mark at their Bachelor Degree.
  4. Copy of Bachelor Degree Certificate and Mark Sheet (applicable only for postgraduate applicants e.g. MBA).
  5. Two references, SOP and CV(from current and/or former lecturers, employers, and other associates) using the College reference form, Statement of Purpose and your CV (applicable only for postgraduate applicants e.g. MBA).
  6. Proof of English ( if your secondary and senior education is not in english it is mandatory to proof on english)
  7. If the college or university has an admission fee you should forward payment of the non-refundable application for the admission directly to the College according to the Tuition & Other Fees terms.

As soon as our Office receives your full set of documents, we shall verify and send them to the Admissions department, once they receive the documents above and the application for admission fee and provided that the applicant satisfies the admission requirements, the Office of Admissions will send them to the applicant a Certificate of Admission along with a letter of Acceptance

Visa filing process

For Cyprus Student visas – applicants must send all the visa required documentation through to the college address and the college will apply for your visa in Cyprus immigration (process time is around 3-5 weeks) and upon visa approval, we will send you the visa copy so that you can book your tickets and fly to Cyprus. please find the visa filing documents and details below.

(Note: Greece Student Visa process will follow below the Cyprus requirements)

Documents Required to apply for a Cyprus student visa:

  1. PASSPORT COPY (Scan of 1st and last page) – COPY
  2. ACADEMICS (all your educational mark sheets) – Originals
  3. BANK LETTER ( Bank declaration on your available funds) – Original
  4. BANK STATEMENT (Minimum balance 8000 euros) – Original
  5. POLICE CLEARANCE (from passport office or state/central police office) – Original
  6. GOVT MEDICAL CERTIFICATE ( Negative test of HIV, HB- A&B, TB Xray, Syphilis) – Original
  7. English Language certificate (ILETS, TOFEL, IGCSE, PTE Or Others) – Original

Once all required documents are collected, please get them attested from Apostle in India and other Asian countries where Apostle is not available they must get the documents from Cyprus Consulate in their country on all originals (the only passport will be attested on copy)

Scan and Send us the attested documents in order for us to verify the file and cross-check the documents before you send the courier to the college address and apply for your student’s visa.

(once we verify your file you can courier All attested original Documents, Don’t Send original Passport)

  • Once college is ready to apply your visa file, Students can prepare pay their College FEE, we will send you the visa application recepit and confirmation email so that you proceed and send tution fee to college account.
  • Once the visa is issued, we will send the visa copy so that you can fly Cyprus along with 2000 Euros cash to be shown on cyprus airport up on arrival for your living expenses.
  • Up on request we will pick up the students and will also assist the student in finidng accommodation and bank A/c opening procedures, arranging new medicals tests up on arrival, preparing the necessary documents for your immirgation ETC.
  • Students must clear any pending balances immediately upon arrivals.

Don’t worry when you apply for admission We will attach all the sample set of documents in email for your references like Bank letters, medicals, Passport attestation and affidavit (if required)

Documents Required to apply for a Greece student visa:

For a Greece Student visa, you must apply for your visa with Greece Embassy or the Authorised VFS centre in your country, upon collecting the below documents you may send us the scan copies to verify and confirm before you proceed to file your visa application.

  1. Visa application form ( Can be downladed from Embassy Site or we will send you in email)
  2. Original Valid passport and if any other old passports ( min 2yrs vaildity)
  3. Copies of passport pages 1, 2 and last.
  4. National ID card copy
  5. 2 biometric pictures
  6. University admission/acceptance letter
  7. Proof of fee payment to college/university
  8. Travel Health insurance for Greece
  9. All education documents and certificates (plus 1 set attested copies)
  10. Proof of English (if applicable)
  11. Any covering/experience letters (if applicable)
  12. Bank statement showing sufficient funds (min 8000 euros)
  13. Police clearance certificate from passport office
  14. Student accommodation details
  15. Appointment from Greece embassy or authorized VFS

Important details to know before and after arrivals

Before Arrival:

  1. Upon your visa approval you must book or reverse your tickets, ofcos we can help to do it.
  2. Exchange your local currency to Euros as the country you travel, we will inform you in detail.
  3. Following our travel check list ( we will send you list of things you must have with u during your travel)
  4. Reservering your transfers from airport to college. (we will can help you, details will be below)
  5. pre-booking your temporary accomdation. (we will can help you, details will be below)

After Arrivals:

  1. Ariport Transfers ( taxis cost around 40-50 euros, we can help you pre book or shared around 30 euros)
  2. you book temporary stay or inform us to find you student house (Cyprus it may cost Simple shared 250 and single 400) and ( Greece simple shared 200 and single 350) Good and new apartment will cost higher.
  3. Reporting at college/university upon you arrival
  4. Preparing for your after arrival immigration documents
  5. Medical test and opening you student bank accounts
